Maxthon Browser

This is one of my favorite browsers. It’s really cool. Maxthon is a browser which has an IE engine and a prettier face. I find this to be very useful. As it has IE engine, the behavior is mostly like IE except that it had loads of useful features.

I belong to the group of people who have multiple windows open most of the time. So, my favorite feature of Maxthon is its ability to save all the open tabs when you close the browser. Ex: If you are used to keep gmail, yahoomail, bookmarks, your blog etc always open, that means you keep multiple windows/tabs open. Isnt it difficult to open all the tabs everytime you login? With Maxthon, you can avoid that. You open Maxthon and it opens all the windows/tabs that were open last. Not only this, it offers many shortcuts – shortcuts for utilities like paint, regedit etc. It offers auto refresh for a tab. If you need a particular tab to keep refreshing every few minutes (so that it doesn’t log out after the session expires), you can set that too. These are few of the good features of Maxthon.
